Session Description:
Often, organizational leaders shy away from productive feedback for fear of coming across as negative, confrontational, or even awkward if they do not have a ton of history with their team members. And receiving feedback is not easy either; even accepting positive feedback can be a challenge. But it doesn’t have to be that way! Brittany Rohner hones in on the importance of the feedback itself. She fine-tunes what the feedback giver needs to assess and how that assessment should be communicated in a strengths-based approach.

Brittany has developed several methods in delivering strengths-based, effective feedback. Performance leaders and HR professionals will learn to teach their teams what they should start doing to be more successful in their role, what they should stop doing to forge a clear path to success, and how they should continue doing what is bringing success. Learners will learn strategies to deliver effective feedback in ways that make it easy, simple, concise, and meaningful.
