Summary of presentation: Ever get lost in the strategic planning process, and does it seem the company's goals do not align with HR?  Or maybe HR initiatives are not included in the Strategic process?  Or wait, does your company even have a strategic plan?  This one-hour series is a snippet of an HR Series that is presented to HR professionals that will allow them to create their own initiatives, communicate the alignment of HR with the company initiatives, and provide you with ongoing tools and information to help your department grow with the company and for you to set your plans and run with them.  

SPEAKER BIO:   Reanette creates, launches, and transforms managers into leaders through connection leadership keynote speaking, coaching, and training. She uses her own life experiences, lessons from her own mentors, and 30 years of experience in human resources (people business) and applies the John Maxwell Methods of leadership to coach others to connect in their leadership.
